It is with much sadness that Penrith Referees inform you of the passing of Casey Wouters, Life Member No. 40.

Casey was a wonderful member who dedicated much of his time coaching and supporting our younger members, particularly on how to blow a whistle. He was affectionately known as the King of the Kids as he orchestrated a game of referees versus the U6s with the referees having to be on their knees.
