The Road to NRL

Your progression as a referee is a tough but rewarding adventure. After a number of years officiating you will come to realise that it is the journey that you are better for than the destination. For those of you who are talented and lucky enough, refereeing can take you from the small fields of western Sydney to the overwhelming stadiums of the globe.
